Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nicely decorated and acceptable, but the hotel tried to charge us extra for a family room. The service was outstanding from the spa manager to all staff, although there was one unpleasant encounter with a rude and unprofessional person. The location was initially far from the city, but things improved later on. The dining experience had its challenges with limited food options. Overall, a place with mixed experiences.

The rooms overlook the waterslides and offer enough space for three people, but they seemed neglected with a damp smell and dirty floors. The service was marred by some rude staff members with communication challenges. While the location is far from the city, it provides access to a sandy beach and an Aqua park, but it may lack nearby attractions. The dining options were varied but with some timing issues. Overall, the hotel has its positives and negatives to consider.
